Walmart+Black Friday= Shopping Rage
This past weekend for Thanksgiving, my husband and I drove up to be with my sister, her boyfriend and our 3 nieces. They live about a mile away from the malls, plaza's and any store you could possibly think of, one being Walmart. I HATE shopping on Black Friday, and I avoid it at all costs. But not this time. Guilt-ridden I agreed to go, and my sister says, "Oh, by the way, we need to get there by 5AM, that's when they open."
Are you freakin kidding me?! Since I don't see my sister often, I decided to put myself aside and told her that if I went, she needed to buy me a Starbucks coffee.
So my mom and sister pick me up at the hotel we stayed at and we drove down. As we turned into the parking lot, they had JUST opened the doors and you could see people rushing almost running inside. As we entered, there were people frantically piling stuff onto their carts. I guess Walmart puts their Black Friday Sale Items in the front and main isles. Carts everywhere, women, over tired over-zealous and cranky, politely pushing others carts out of the way to get the deal. I couldn't believe just how savage humans can get. I heard one woman lie to my mom about the Flat screen TV's being sold out, when my mom asked her, only to go back where they were and there were plenty left.
Waiting in the check-out line was crazy! Lights flashing for assistance, people complaining about how long it was taking for the line to move. I felt like saying, SHUT UP!!! That's WHAT you get for shopping on Black Friday! I literally felt my neck and shoulders tensing up. We finally got out of there, and went to Starbucks!
I'd rather pluck my arm hairs out one by one than to go shopping again on a Black Friday.

) Yea, my sister owes me bigtime! I ended up feeling
nauseous that whole day, due to lack of sleep.
I did the WalMart Black Friday once NEVER AGAIN!!!! It was Crazy !!!!!! People grabbed whatever they could. We just needed sponges and a couple of other things. Nope never again.
